We're going to go ahead and get started, and I'm Mark Gettleman, the president of ANNA, and it's my great honor to open this session this morning. This is a great program here.  Anyway, thank you and welcome, and it is a great honor to be here and to be the first society to share Specialty Day with RJOS.  We're really looking forward to today's program, highlighting a lot of the issues that have  become brought forward, so I want to congratulate our program chairs on a great program, Brian Waterman and Anna Cohen-Rosenblum, on putting together this great, great program.  I think we have a lot of interesting topics that we're going to discuss today, and with that, we want to start opening the stage with Mary Mulcahy, who is co-chair and wears both  hats from both ANNA and RJOS, and she's going to give us an opening lecture on The Time Is Now, because collaboration and allyship for diversity is absolutely critical moving  forward.
