Excellent. Any questions from the audience? We're sort of running towards the limit of our time. A couple questions. Joe, is there any partial tear in this scenario that you can't use your technique? You mean like a very small? The tear sizes, you can always use your technique? Pretty much. Pretty much. Rick, do you have limits on yours? So what I tell you, so if it's a young athlete, acute postulation, they get a transtendent. If it is older, greater than 50 or 60, retracted, chronic, more than 50%, they get a complete and repair. Intrasubstance or less than 50, less than 50%, they're going to get the implant. Very helpful. If you do complete the repair, do you do it from anterior to posterior or medial to lateral? I start lateral and sort of... Complete it. Complete it. And then try to make it as healthy as possible. Yeah, question. Rick, for the bioinductive implants, there has been some studies that show, of course, a little bit of increase, kind of fibrosis in the subacromial space. I've seen that in my patients, about 10%. How aggressive are you at going back into breeding that, or are you trying to inject corticosteroids to get them through that phase? So I think early on, they'll have this inflammatory response in some cases, and you think it's infection, and it turns out it's just this inflammatory phase. But here's what I think what happens is you put the implant too close to the rotator interval, and you'll get a rotator interval response to the implant. So you have to make sure you're more posterior and not adjacent to the interval, and I think you can avoid the adhesive capsulitis-type patterns that have been sort of reported. Great. And clearly, the biceps is always something to consider in all your cases, so we've got some great techniques to use. I think we'll go now to the voting, because we've run over our time. I just want to let you know I'm from New Jersey, and if I don't see the great response… He's got boys out there. You know, I've got guys for that. While this is going on, Guillermo, that was great, showing ultrasound guided. Do you do your own ultrasounds to figure out where this pain's coming from? Yes, we have some guys that are very good in ultrasound of the bicep tendon, and the infiltration is very good to have a precise diagnosis when you have any doubt. Also, is anyone concerned? It's been two years. Is there something else that we're missing on this particular patient? Tight posterior capsule or one other thing? Any comments? Obviously, we're left with what you're presenting us with, but certainly a tight posterior capsule needs to be addressed if you're worried about cuff issues, and simply correcting that may give you enough relief where you don't have to do anything at all.
