All right, good morning and thank you, Sachin. Thanks very much to the shoulder surgeons for getting us started. It was a nice sort of warm-up event for the main event, which we're going to start now, which is the knee session, and I really enjoyed the robust discussion, the great debates, and not that I'm competitive or anything, but I've been keeping a score, and currently we're down 3-1. Anna's up, got three wins, and Issakos has got one. I think the audience is a little bit stacked, so I'm not sure it's a fair indication, but we've got some good representatives in this next knee session, so we're going to get on with the debates. I'd like to invite two speakers. In the blue corner for Issakos, we've got Volker Massal, and in the, I guess, purple corner for Anna, we have Harris Sloan. So thanks very much for coming. So I'm going to run the first debate, and then my co-moderator, Nick Skagone, is going to run the second debate. So the first one is about pediatric ACL reconstruction, so how do we deal with these injuries in children with open growth plates. So we're talking about real children, not adolescents whose growth plates are almost closed, but real children. So we have our first case. So this is a 13-year-old boy, healthy boy, plays soccer, and if your patients are anything like our patients in Australia, every child is an elite athlete. They're all going to be stars. They're all going to play for their country. Virtually none of them do, but that's the story that their parents have, of course. So he had a non-contact injury, heard a pop, continued to play, the knee became swollen, fairly typical history, and then he's presented to the clinic a few weeks later. The swelling has settled, but he's felt some instability in his knee. He's restored his range of motion. He's got a positive Lachman and a pivot shift test. His collateral ligaments are stable and his alignment looks neutral. So you can see here, this is his ACL rupture, menisci look good, cyclops lesion. So I would first mention these are just generic x-rays. I don't want to say they're necessarily representative of what our panelists do, but we're going to have Volker talking about his hybrid Fiseal sparing technique and Harris talking about Trans-Fiseal technique. So to start with, representing Isocos, I'd ask Volker to take the stand.
