All right, we see who has the height advantage, and we'll go in reverse order then. These are the radiographic imaging, advanced imaging shown here with the coronal T1s and sagittal T2s.  You can see that condyle defect in the mid-weight-bearing area, status post right ACL reconstruction, has five months of symptoms, and the MRI was obtained three months ago.  Obviously found his way into Dr. Alea's office. He's had three rounds of PRP injections. He failed a course of physical therapy.  He's had no relief and desires to return to recreational sports. He's got full range of motion, neutral alignment. Again, just isolated medial tenderness.  So Dr. Alea, without further ado, give us the pro on osteochondral allograft.
