The vertical tibial tubercle trochlear groove distance (VTTG) was measured, and it was found that patients with cartilage lesions had a significantly higher VTTG measurement compared to the other two groups. The presenter suggests that VTTG could be a useful measurement for osteotomy planning in the future.
