Great. Thank you, Brian. As Brian said, I'm Gloria Matthews. I'm the immediate past president of the Orthopedic Research Society. And as the one of my goals as the during my vice president years leading up to the presidency and then during the presidency was to help to increase the relevance of the ORS to clinical orthopedic surgeons and also to clinical researchers in orthopedics. And so among many of the initiatives, we started these programs. We just did one at an academy on an all-day session on four different topics in which we have defined the clinical problem. And then we talk about the basic science that underlies some of that problem and why that might be happening. And then we talk about some of the translational aspects, some of the solutions, both future as well as recent developments that might help to treat that problem. And for today's session, we're going to talk about improving rotator cuff healing rates. And I'd like to have the three speakers come up, if they would, please, Dr. Scott Rodeo, Dr. Andy Coons, and Dr. Jason Dragoo to the seats so that you can each give your presentations. And then once they've given their presentations, we'll have, I think Brian's going to discuss this a little bit more, we'll have some discussion around what we heard, and we'd like you to be involved with that. So you guys might want to move up a little closer. And then we will define several proposals for a vote, and we have been generously provided by the Ortho Regeneration Network, or the ON Network, with a grant to help answer that question. So I think Brian's going to talk a bit more about that, and then I will have the speakers each give their presentations. Thank you, Gloria.
