Good morning, everyone. I'm Mike Carnes from University Hospitals. I think we're excited for this ICL here this morning. Thanks for getting up early on a Saturday, getting your weekend started. This is the ICL number 303, Treating the Young Degenerative Knee from Arthroplasty to Osteotomy, so I hope everyone's in the right spot. I'm going to keep it brief on intros here, largely because we have a lot of content and we hope to get through it all and have some discussion, and largely because a lot of these guys really don't need much by introduction anyways. So we'll start off with Dr. Strauss, Eric Strauss from NYU. He's going to be talking to us about preserving preservation options for the knee, so osteotomy and cartilage restoration, and then Seth Sherman from Stanford will talk to us about osteotomy purely for arthritic indications. Thirdly, Bill Bugbee will talk to us about the arthroplasty in this young challenging degenerative knee. Finally, I'll talk about specifically patellofemoral considerations, and then last but certainly not least, and I apologize, you pointed out I did spell your name wrong, Dr. Gomal, will be talking to us about assessing for and then managing complications from osteotomy.
