Joint Preservation Techniques for the Knee in 2025: The Utility of Biologics, Osteotomies and Cartilage Restoration Procedures

Upon completion of this course, participants should:

  • Understand the role of osteotomy as an adjunct to cartilage/meniscal restoration.
  • Gain technical pearls for performing combined cartilage restoration, meniscus transplantation, ligament reconstruction and/or realigning osteotomies.
  • Understand indications for biologic augmentation to joint preservation techniques in the setting of cartilage and/or meniscal restoration and the management of the young, high-level athlete requiring cartilage/meniscal restoration.
