Dean, your star athlete has to do with evidence-based medicine. Star athlete, dislocates shoulder, first game of the year. You wanna put him in a brace, get him back?  What is the best evidence and the right thing to do?  It's a tough question, Eric, because you have to figure out what that patient's priorities are, what the family's priorities are, give them that evidence.  And when they say, what are you gonna do, doc? What should I do?  I think if they really are in a position to get back and they wanna get back, I think right now most people would put them in a protective brace and allow them to get back,  depending on the sport. But they have to know that there's risk of further damage to both the labrum and to the bone.  Thanks, Dean. Is there any questions out there?
